总体感觉不难，考的比较基础，比wiley的题简单,就是知识点挺细的。

    选择题部分：

    各个module比较平均，考记忆的知识点很细，说几个大概记得的单词吧。
    primary key, 
    coefficient of determine,
    ROA计算，
    cost的计算，
    elastic or inelastic, 
    EDI,
    current assets/current liabilities, 
    比较有印象的是 swap的计算，因为这个书上没有讲怎么算
 
    写作题部分：

    一个是讲business project planning 
    二是执行new strategy 可能遇到的pitfall以及解决办法
    三是advantages and disadvantages of outsourcing
